Hi! I just wanted to say thank you for making me and other white fans and fan content creators think about how we make and consume media. You've really made me think about the content I create and consume and how it affects other people and reflects my own mindset. I feel like I have a better understanding of my own privilege since I started following you.
Also! I love your art so much, especially your Hunter design. He's very nicely shaped, if that makes any sense. All of your characters look like they're always moving or ready to move and it's cool.
Long story short, I think you're really cool and talented.
Ahhh it is really nice to see so many people willing to take in new information with an open mind, and I am glad that you feel you have learned something from following me!! And I am happy you like my Hunter redesign haha, he was pretty fun to draw :) you are very kind!!

What are some of your favorite monster/creature designs?
Like period? That's such a hard question; there are too many cool ones to pick from, and some I like for creep factor, some for functionality, some for prettiness, some for atmosphere, etc etc. Like Alien is classic and has nice not stupid sexual dimorphism. The fish man from The Shape of Water be looking fine. The creature design for The Fly was horrific, but really good. Especially when he's straight up dying at the end. The OG weeping angels from Doctor Who were horrifying and iconic. The Robot species from Lost in Space (the new one) are very pretty, and I like that they easily can alter their forms to look more like whatever other sentient species they're interacting with/patterning after--it was thematically cool when it tied in in the final season especially. And I love their light faces. I love Nick Valentine specifically's robot design in Fallout 4--it's very clearly not human, but still wildly reassuring and appealing. Greed's design in FMA is cool because the homonculi look more and more human the later they are made/less human the further back you go, and Greed's one of the babies, but even his true form isn't like 'oh that's a human,' --it's clearly not. But it's human enough--human shape, eyes, teeth, and not automatically horrific even if intimidating--it is a shape a human would look at and go 'okay, that's similar to what I am'--it's human enough, which is exactly who he is as a character. He's never not Greed, but he's human enough, so props to it for being the absolute perfect creature design for the specific character.
Uhhh, the Beast in Over the Garden Wall--both as a 'what you can't see is scarier,' and when you momentarily see it in the light. A+. A weird one, because the physical design I actually think isn't super great, but from a sound design perspective? The Lahmu in F/GO Babylonia were horrifying -- like I cannot accurately describe how disgusting and unnerving the sounds they made were, and it's rare for a game to be able to accomplish that with sound alone for me. Circling back to pretty, I don't know that Howl in bird-ish form counts but I am looking at the man.
Uhhh, I like the demons in Little Hope quite a bit because you don't see them much, and their designs are very specific, but shoutout to John and Angela's specifically because the way John's moves is so. fucked up. like--the fucking skittering it does--I hate it, but in a good way. And Angela's has the most well achieved suspense, because instead of acting like a persistence predator, it sneaks around and pops out, and it is limited to water or being close to waterways, so it should be safer, but honestly it having rules and that providing a false sense of security, plus the range it has with the chains, just makes it way more unnerving.
You probably meant visually specifically. Ahhh, I'm sorry--that's too broad! I can count anything from robots to like Pennywise to Dragons to vampires as creatures/monsters and I like too many! I love dragons specifically though I'll say. In general, I like big humanoid-ish things, robots, and things that are hard to see well or have undefined features but definitely have eyes quite a bit as designs. Mothman is very cool. I'm gonna think of 400 way better answers tomorrow the second I wake up, but here was An. Attempt. :'-) Thanks for asking! I'm very bad at answering broad questions because I overthink it and it comes out like this.

So those two women are at the ball (some important mission), but they're not dating yet, and they're beautifully dressed, but the reader is insecure because she thinks she's ugly and something like that, and then there's Peggy, who laughs at the reader for that she thinks she's ugly and she tels reader she is beautiful (or something else positive) and it ends with notpure smut (where Peggy proves to her again that the reader is beautiful)
Thanks very much!
a/n: ahhh im so happy you love my blog and i apologize for giving you this fic really late :) i don’t feel comfy really writing smut, I hope that’s okay with you! it’s a little short so i apologize for that too!
warning(s): a pinch of suggestive themes, just some self doubt and insecurities
You are Beautiful | P. Carter
Since Peggy and you were the only female agents within the SSR, both Jack and Daniel thought it would make the most sense if the two of you were brought in on this mission. Only the designated men could enter, but women were let in on impulse. Rare stolen jewelry was to be auctioned tonight so the two of you must be quick.
You didn’t have many dresses, since you mostly wore skirts or pants. You decided to ask Angie to help you look for one.
“What’s the occasion? You’ve got a date tonight?”
You chuckled. “None of the sort, Angie. Just want to look nice.”
She rolled her eyes. “If you say so.”
Angie’s hand rummaged through lines of clothing and quickly picked out a variety of clothes for you to try on. Most of them were either too big, too small, too bright, too dull, or just too uncomfortable.
“Angie, I think this is pointless. We should just go home.”
The woman insisted she wouldn’t stop until she found the perfect one. After a few more tries, you came out with an emerald green dress that hit your curves perfectly and spread out a little towards the bottom. Angie took both of her hands and made a rectangle shape.
“With the right shoes, and the right hair, this will be perfect! Now you will definitely get Peg’s attention!”
You whipped your head around. “Angie! Don’t!”
Angie was the only one who knew about your affection for the woman. Luckily for you, you were quite discreet about it, unlike some men who ogled her when she walked by.
Angie shrugged her shoulders. “What? You’re never going to get her if you never make a move.”
You sighed she was absolutely right. One way or another, Peggy was probably going to end up with a man. With her beauty, she could get any man she wanted. You shook yourself out of your thoughts. You had work to do.
“I think this one is alright. Thanks a bunch, Angie.”
------
Mr. Jarvis was driving you and Peggy to the auction. You were extremely nervous for two reasons: One, the dress you bought and ended up bringing showed your body shape. You weren’t exactly confident with yourself. Two, the time window to grab the necklace was extremely small. There was a high chance that the mission could fail.
Peggy could sense your nervousness and tried to calm you down by putting her hand on your thigh. Instead, the contact just made you flush incredibly red. Peggy took her hand off your thigh when she noticed that your face was abnormally red.
“Y/N? Is everything okay? Do you have a fever?”
You shook off yourself a bit before answering. “No, everything’s fine. I’m simply just nervous.”
Peggy took your hand in hers. “Don’t worry, Y/N. Everything is going to go just fine.”
Oh god, you sure hoped so.
After arriving, the two of you headed towards the restrooms to change into your dresses. After playing with the dress a bit, you thought you looked alright and headed out. Peggy was already done and waited outside your bathroom. Her lips parted as you stepped out of the bathroom. She wanted to say that you were beautiful, but no words came out. Your beauty was just so mesmerizing. It was only when she saw you uncomfortable with the staring that she stopped and walked towards you. You analyzed what Peggy was wearing. It was a ruby colored dress that fitted her perfectly. There was a slit down the bottom that accentuated her legs. Oh, how she looked as stunning as ever. You were simply just standing next to her. You began to realize that it was stupid to ever try and dress up because you just were probably just an average friend in her eyes.
It would be a few hours until the timeframe arrived, so you decided to excuse yourself to pull your thoughts together. You didn’t want to ruin the mission just because you were feeling down. Peggy noticed that you weren’t really in the main crowd, simply standing in a corner. Being careful, she made her way through the crowd to get to you. When you opened your eyes again, your eyes met Peggy’s. Sometimes you wished the brunette left you alone so you could go one minute without looking like a tomato.
“What’s wrong, Y/N?”
“Nothing, Peggy.”
The woman rolled her eyes. “Don’t lie to me.”
You sighed. “I think.. I regret wearing this dress.”
Peggy furrowed her brows. Were you not comfortable with wearing a dress? “Why?”
“I thought I looked good in it, but I think I was mistaken.”
Right when you finished the sentence, Peggy was quick to react. She took your chin in her fingers as she pulled your face towards hers.
“Look, you look stunning. Everyone in this room is lucky to see you wearing this dress, darling.”
The pet name made you flush as it echoed in your head. The close contact also made you aware of her perfume. Cherries. “You really think so?”
The agent cupped your face with both of her hands. “Of course.”
The two of you stared into each other’s eyes for a while, but you broke it apart. You saw an unfamiliar glint in her eyes, but disregarded it.
“We- we should probably get ready. I think the timeframe is coming up soon.”
While you were talking, you turned away from Peggy and looked around the room to scan the current surroundings. As you turned back to Peggy, her lips met yours. At first, you froze at the contract and Peggy immediately noticed that. She pulled away.
“I’m sorry, have I read this all wrong because-”
Once she started talking, you came back to your senses and kissed her. Peggy returned the same eagerness and she tasted better than you could’ve ever imagined. Cherries, of course. After the two of you broke apart from the kiss, Mr. Jarvis’ voice came out of nowhere. “As much as I enjoy this little moment, the timeframe is about 2 minutes away, Ms. Carter and Ms. Y/N.” The both of you chuckled. Peggy’s wink definitely indicated that there was more to this after the mission. What a night this will be.
